Wide-Leg TrousersAs comfy as pajamas but sophisticated enough to leave a lasting impression at your internship.

TIP: Look for a pair of trousers with cuffed hems to give the entire look just the right amount of structure.

TIP: Wide-leg pants look funny when they’re too short (flood alert!). They should cover your shoes almost completely.

TIP: Tuck in a fitted tank top to balance out the bagginess of the trousers to give your ensemble a sexy, not slouchy, vibe.

High-Waist JeansTummy-cinching and skintight, a pair of these babies will make you look sleek and tall.

TIP: Choose heels over flats — they'll give you a leaner look and add supermodel height!

TIP: Think tight and shop for your actual waist size (measure about an inch beneath your rib cage) instead of around your hips.

TIP: As your pants inch higher, so should your neckline. A high-collared blouse will lengthen your torso.

are you too anxious?

No matter what your score, read our stress-busters to make the season more Zen!
Do any of the following statements apply to you?

•My eye seems to twitch a lot.•I have trouble sleeping. •I get sick before taking a test. •I’m always biting my nails. •It’s difficult to concentrate on simple tasks, like short school assignments. •I need things to be “perfect” to feel relaxed.

If you can relate to two or more items, anxiety could be getting the best of you. Next time you’re in a tailspin. Tune in to your personality when choosing — do you like to go at a slow pace or do you prefer to work off your stress?
It makes a difference!
