Your kinesics matches with the language of your main headline (<- look! Daddy's influence). However the language of your subtitles are ambiguous, while it may match with my perception of the images, as we know language is arbitrary to each individual. :D

Hello, this is pak Eko. WHAT DOES IT MEAN BY "PARALANGUAGE"? CAN YOU GIVE ME SOME EXAMPLES OF IT? WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO STUDY THIS MATTER IN COMMUNICATION?

Paralanguage refers to nonverbal communication used to modify meaning and convey emotion. it isa vocal communication but without words.

exmaples of paralaguage:
1)gesture
examples:
a. crossed arms usually indicates defensiveness and the desire to be more removed
b. tapping on table indicates impatience

2)eye contact
example:
when you're talking one on one, than your partner looking arround, not looking at you it might tell you that the sender
is more interested in something else

3)Facial expression
example
a. raised
eyebrows could mean disbelief, questions, shock
b. A frown usually indicates
displeasure, yet a smile usually expresses agreement and pleasure

4)Physical Appearance
the items a person carries by choice can also
aid in determining personality traits
example:
a.someone who always carries a briefcase may be
characterized as serious and work-oriented
b.Shorts and tank top expresses carefree
and informality

5)touch
examples:
a.a light tap on the shoulder is apologetic,
while a firm hand on the shoulder is demanding
b.A firm handshake often hints of a
strong-willed and straight forward individual

6)Space - the distance a person keeps while talking is a good indication of his or her
openness and sociability
example:if someone stands too closely when speaking, invading that space, it
is often interpreted as a hostile and forceful communication.

It's important to study nonverbal communication-paralanguage, becuse understanding nonverbal communication can reduce frustration and improve relationships between people. As global commerce increases, people of different language backgrounds increasingly find themselves needing to communicate with each other. If nonverbal communication is incompatible with or seems to have a conflict with corresponding verbal communication, there will be a twist in it.
